墾丁度假飯店首選—華泰瑞苑墾丁賓館與行政院農業委員會林務局屏東林區管理處，依「墾丁賓館(本館)提供民間經營案－委託營運管理契約」約定完成議約程序，正式取得優先續約權，於11月5日由林務局屏東林區管理處張偉顗處長及華泰瑞苑墾丁賓館共同簽訂合約，續約為期8年，雙方正式邁入再一個新階段的委託關係。
